I was hoping someone could provide me with a bit of guidance. My current organisation are seeing a very big/fast growth mainly due to acquisitions and as such are changing the structure within the finance department.
The director sees me taking the sole responsibility for maintaining the new finance system (which I did the majority of the migration/design etc), improving the processes and creating new reports, modelling etc for the board, managers. Also to keep the business plan updated.
